When I process a credit card I receive a “no line” or “waiting for answer” response. What should I do?
Check to see if the telephone cord is properly connected to the port in the back of the terminal labeled “line”. Make sure the telephone line is an analog line and is receiving a dial tone. If there is no dial tone, please contact your telephone company. If you have done all of the above and the terminal continues receiving the same response, please contact our technical support at 888-690-7555 option 1. << Back What does it mean when I get call center or call nd? The issuing bank is requesting a voice authorization on the cardholder. Please call 1-800-944-1111 for MasterCard, Visa and Discover. When prompted, enter the bank ID # 022600. Once you have a six digit voice authorization #, you will have to run the transaction as a forced transaction on your terminal. Check to see if the terminal is properly connected to the electrical outlet and if the power cord is properly connected to the back of the terminal. Try connecting the plug to a different electrical outlet. If problem continues please contact technical support to determine if terminal or power cord is defective. << Back How do I load the paper into my terminal? (drop down menu with different terminal choices) Nurit Terminals: Place paper in the loading tray so that the beginning of the roll is coming from the bottom of the roll. Pull the paper away from the roll. Place it in the bottom slot on the front of the paper holding area. The terminal will then beep and automatically pull the paper through. Close the lid. Omni or VX series: Place paper in the loading tray so that the beginning of the roll is coming from the bottom of the roll. Pull paper over the teeth of the printer. Close the lid. Hypercom t7Plus series: Place paper in the loading tray so that the beginning of the roll is coming from the bottom of the roll. Pull paper over the teeth of the printer. Close the lid. Hypercom T7 series: Place paper in the loading tray so that the beginning of the roll is coming from the bottom of the roll. Place the paper into the slot at front of the loading tray. Press and hold the feed button until the paper is pulled through. << Back |
